LM00B01KNX
The logic module allows LM00B01KNX to monitor the status of devices connected to a BUS line.
You can enable the mode to notify the device of correct operation via a communication object.
There are 256 monitoring blocks available through which 3 basic functions can be activated individually or in different combinations: On-line, Alarm and Warning.
– The “Online” function sends a message on the bus as long as the monitored device is active on the bus.
– The “Alarm” function sends an alarm message when the monitored device does not send any message for longer than the surveillance time.
– The “Warning” function can be used to urge the device being monitored.
A little before the alarm is sent, a reading value is generated on the communication object that must be connected to a readable group object of the monitored device (e.g. a temperature, a status). There are also 16 logical blocks with which to create simple expressions with logical or threshold operators or complex expressions with algebraic operators, conditional and conditional expressions.

For greater safety, it is possible to install two logic modules LM00B01KNX on the same BUS line, configuring them as primary and secondary. When the primary device goes out of service, the secondary takes over the line control; When the primary device resumes operation, the secondary returns to the control state of the primary device only.
