This device can be used for connecting a PC to the KNX network for programming with ETS®. The device supports KNX Secure which can be enabled in ETS. As a secure router, the device enables the coupling of unsecured communications over KNX TP to a secure IP backbone. Also for tunneling functionality, KNX secure prevents unauthorized access. The IP address can be obtained via DHCP server or configured manually via ETS®.

Mounting & Compatibility

This device works in accordance with the KNXnet/IP specification in Tunneling mode or Routing.Il KNX IP router IN00S01RIP has an extensive filter table and a buffer of 150 telegrams. Power is provided by the KNX bus.
