The upper part of the glass is backlit (to be able to illuminate the room number or a logo – both customizations on request); in the lower part there are 3 backlit capacitive buttons, freely configurable (typically with CAMERA LIGHTS function and buttons for MUR and DND setting).
The Card in the transponder holder is inserted into a compartment from the top of the device, The color of the RGB bar of the reader indicates that the card has been recognized and shows different colors (configurable) for reporting statuses or anomalies such as:
Card recognized (welcome): default color Green
Incorrect system code: default color Orange
Card ID not recognized: default color Red
Incorrect Card Date (expired validity): default color Yellow
Wrong day of the week (Entry Day Forbidden): default color Purple
Wrong time of day (Entry Time Forbidden): default color Blue-Cyan.
The reader also integrates a buzzer (which can be activated with the ETS parameter) for the sound signaling of anomalies.
