Job description

The sales engineer must have a proved technical background preferable based on the KNX communication standard, moreover, the ideal candidate should have at least a basic knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting control, presence detection, guest room management systems, energy management.

Fundamental is the ability manage the existing partners, start up new accounts, and the capability to create and follow new leads generated by managing key stakeholders such as system integrators, distributors, electrical designers, lighting designers, architects.  It is preferrable the candidate with a good knowledge of the market and with an existing clients’ portfolio in the Region.

The main tasks are:

  • Managing the existing network of customers making sure that they are constantly supported and updated, monitoring their performance aimed to reach their annual sales goal.
  • Developing new leads and customers contributing to the company’s global growth.
  • Ability to understand the client’s and projects’ requirements, generate appropriate quotations, and finalise the leads respecting the commercial policy.
  • Analyse the markets ensuring to provide Eelectron with the relevant info about competitors’ price positioning.
  • Update constantly the CRM with all the relevant leads, deals, contacts, and meeting’s reports.
  • Identify key specifiers such as lighting & MEP’s and to have Eelectron written into specifications as an approved vendor.
  • Working with responsibility and creativity.
  • Working harmoniously with in the global sales team.

Key Measurements

  • Sales objectives and quality objectives assigned according to the Eelectron’s growing plan.


  • The package will be adequately measured considering the candidate’s experience and the market conditions.
