KNX 2 IN / 2 OUT Transponder Reader

The TR22A01KNX card transponder reader is an EIB / KNX device dedicated to access control with transponder card; Customizable, versatile and modular, it adapts to any application.
Characterized by the possibility of mounting on rectangular flush-mounted boxes with 2 or 3 modules and round.
The range of available colours of the plastic housing and the separately available finishing glass allows the player to be matched to all types of settings.
The appliance is equipped with two physical ON/OFF inputs available for controlling the door open/closed contact or other signals (window contact, bathroom alarm pull, etc.).

Core Features

OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT:-
The transponder is read by placing it in front of the reader, at a maximum distance of 30 mm.
– The first data checked is the system number. If the code is consistent, the validity of the “date” field (if enabled) is checked.
– Then check the “password” with the codes associated with it and enabled (time slots, customer code, service code).
– Once the conditions have been verified, the door opening is enabled and, if set, the courtesy light is switched on and the reading result is sent to the bus.
– Configuration via ETS.

Technical Data

On the device there are two relays for the management of the lock and for the control of the courtesy light or other use.
On the front of the reader there are 4 LEDs, 3 of which are freely configurable, used respectively for signaling access: access granted, access denied, distress request, redo the room occupied or do not disturb.
