This document, “Horizone App Privacy Policy\u201d (hereinafter Policy), is used to inform\u00a0you regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when using the “Horizone” application (hereinafter also App).<\/p>\n

\nWe point out, however, that the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the App (such as Apple Store or Google Play) may acquire, during their normal operation, some data referable to the User whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, smartphones and devices used. This category of data includes, by way of example but not limited to, the geographical position, the identity of the phone, the use of the camera, the Customer’s contacts and e-mail.<\/p>\n

\nThe Data Controller treats the Personal Data of Customers by taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, dissemination, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
\nProcessing is carried out using IT and \/ or telematic means, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
\nIn addition to the\u00a0Data Controller, in some cases, categories of appointees involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, computer companies, communication agencies) are also appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Owner.<\/p>\n
